Case Details

The patient is a woman in her 60’s who presented with bilateral obstruction of her airway due to lateral nasal alar rim collapse on the right and enlarged internal turbinate on the left. She had open surgery using her midline septum cartilage to form a stable tripod for the nasal tip (see under nose view) and bilateral turbinate reduction as well as dorsal hump reduction.
