Rhinoplasty – Open Revision with Banked Cartilage

Case ID: 6782

Individual results may vary.

Case Details

The patient is a woman in her 60’s who had septorhinoplasty greater than 20 years ago with nasal side wall / internal airway collapse.   She also had scarring from filler injection elsewhere.  She was unable to breathe through her nose.  She presents for secondary rhinoplasty using cadaver cartilage to re-establish her dorsum as her native septum was previously altered.  This necessarily widened the nose to open the collapsed airway.
