Case Details
The patient is a young woman in her late 20’s who was dissatisfied with her boxy and over projecting nasal tip. She has improvement with open rhinoplasty using septoplasty cartilage harvest for spreader and septal extension grafts. She is happy with her result at one year out and will likely have improvement as the tissue edema (swelling) continues to reduce.
