Case Details
The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who is dissatisfied with her post pregnancy abdomen and had mini abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. She had initial breast augmentation by Dr. Wigod previously with minimally cohesive moderate profile 401 cc implants. With age and stretch, she had developed more room within the pocket and contour irregularities. She has improvement with exchange for moderately cohesive 560 cc silicone implants and Galatea mesh support.
