Case Details
The patient is a woman in her early 30’s who had skin excess due to large weight loss. With additional folds at her costal margin (rib cage), she required a reverse abdominoplasty in addition to traditional abdominoplasty. This required careful attention to balanced tension and maintaining blood supply to the abdominal tissue.
