68 year old female who was dissatisfied with her breasts. She had mastopexy with volume reduction as requested.

The patient is a woman in her early 50’s who had breast augmentation approximately 15 years prior to presentation.  With aging, her breast has relaxed over her contracted implants.  She has improvement with capsulectomy and exchange for moderately cohesive silicone moderate profile 640 cc implants.

The patient is a woman in her mid 40’s who presented for revision of her bilateral augmentation with unilateral mastopexy. She had capsulectomy with exchange for Allergan smooth round extra full cohesive 450 cc implants and left circumvertical mastopexy.
