The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who desired breast augmentation with a moderate profile saline implant 360 cc.  She also has a mini abdominoplasty with concurrent umbilical hernia repair.  Umbilical hernia repair often may be done under insurance coverage.

The patient is a woman in her mid 30’s who was dissatisfied with her breasts and body after pregnancy.  As she was young and healthy, if was safe and appropriate to perform outpatient  abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and breast augmentation with a moderately cohesive full profile 415 cc silicone implant.
