The patient is a woman in her early 40’s who had extra upper eyelid skin with mild lateral brow droop or ptosis. She had an isolated upper lid blepharoplasty (lift). Upper blepharoplasty may be performed under moderate sedation with a typically rapid recovery. As she ages, she may have further improvement with a brow lift.
