The patient is a woman in her early 60’s who had bilateral mastectomies with immediate reconstruction with expanders. Post expansion, she then had exchange for silicone implants with grafts for nipple areola reconstruction taken from her abdomen. During the same operation the graft harvest site was removed as part of an abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. In a final stage shown in the post photos, the patient had fat grafting to the breasts to improve the contour around the implants and had a short abdominal scar revision.
