Case Details
The patient is a woman in her early 60’s who was dissatisfied with her neck aging and with an undersized chin implant placed in the distant past. She has improvement with lower facelift / neck lift using minimal anterior incisions and chin implant exchange. In the photo below on the left is the undersized old implant that has minimal lateral fullness. On the right is a sizer for the new implant. Note the lateral extension that minimizes the jowl appearance.
